We learned about Shire Mist Morkies from a friend on our walking trail. I was admiring her dogs and she told me of a wonderful breeder based in Washington. I called Shire Mist Morkies and was excited to learn a new litter of Morkie puppies were available soon. From the very first conversation, Leslie was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Ours was a complicated transaction as we live out of state and had to figure a way to get the puppy to us—in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic nonetheless. Leslie went to great lengths to find a person to fly Archie down and deliver him to us safe and sound. I’m sure it would have been much easier for her to find the puppy a local home, but we couldn’t be more appreciative she was willing to go above and beyond for us. It is quite refreshing to find someone so helpful and honest. Now about Archie! It is obvious this little guy was raised in a loving family environment. He is so sweet, friendly, sassy and he’s also smart as a whip. He checked out very healthy with our veterinarian. It took him no time at all to adjust to our home. Archie is a wonderful addition to our family. I would recommend Leslie and Shire Mist Morkies to anyone looking for a beautiful, healthy, sweet little dog.

We got a cute morkie baby from Leslie. We are so happy with our puppy Kiwi. She is happy, healthy, sweet, and so smart. Leslie was very nice when we met her and we knew right away that she takes care of the puppies and loves them a lot. She is not like any other breeder. The puppies were socialized with people since they were little. That’s why we didn’t have any problem with our puppy when we brought her home. Leslie’s puppies have a great temperament. Kiwi is always happy and sweet. She has never done anything bad. She doesn’t have an attitude, she doesn’t chew on stuff around the house, she doesn’t bark, and she does good in the crate, even for hours. Kiwi gets along with people, cats, and dogs. All kiwi wants is to follow mom and dad and be with them 24/7. She is like our sweet little shadow. She is a perfect lap dog. She loves to snuggle and sit on the couch with us and watch tv all day. She is the best thing we’ve done to our family. We are so glad that we found Leslie. We will get another puppy from her when we move to a house. We will never find better than her morkies. I discovered Leslie from a dear friend, Jessica who also sent in a testimonial. When I saw pictures of her adorable Morkie, Kipper, I asked where she got him. We live in Alabama so, I was a bit concerned about the distance. After e-mailing and talking with Leslie, I knew we were going to be making a trip to Seattle. We were delighted to meet Leslie and her family and pick up our precious fur baby, Dot. My husband and I immediately knew we had made the right decision and fall more in love with her every day. She is sweet, smart and playful. When I took Dot in for her first exam with our vet, he said he could tell she came from a caring and loving environment. I recognize and appreciate the importance of a quality breeder. I have and will continue to recommend Leslie and her puppies.

Leslie is an exceptional breeder! Her whole family is incredibly kind and loves each and every one of the puppies. I liked that the puppies were socialized from the get go, it made the transition so much easier! Leslie is a wonderful breeder. She loves her puppies, and it shows in everything she does. Each puppy gets play time, is socialized with people and other animals, and shown a tremendous amount of attention. My little pup, Wicket, is healthy, adorable, smart, silly, playful and sweet. He adjusted very quickly to his new home and his new ‘siblings’ (our other dogs and cats). I am so very thankful for the life start that Leslie gave him.

By the end of my initial phone call with Leslie, I was certain that we would buy a puppy from her. Leslie’s breeder parents have phenomenal temperaments and the puppies, likewise, come with gentle, loving personalities. In addition, Leslie is an outstanding caregiver, and I knew any puppy coming from her would be in optimal health. Our puppy, Kipper, has the greatest disposition and he is such a joy. We plan to purchase another puppy from Leslie within a year or so.
